I am on a mission to change the paradigm of motherhood in the US from Self-sacrificing to Sovereign mothering. Because when we empower mothers to live her best life, she can show up more fully and raise happier, healthier and more successful children.
With strategies on parenting, wellness and mindset I help you see (and believe) that you don’t have to “settle down” or lose yourself in motherhood to be a good mom.

I was 26 when I found out I was pregnant, and while I always wanted to be a mom, I was not ready to “settle down” by any means! Luckily I had a good model for finding balance between mom life and fun! — my mom who pursued medical school and became a successful doctor while also traveling, and throwing big Cinco de Mayo parties all before I was 7.– And I had just graduated with a Masters in teaching with an endorsement in health and fitness and had nearly 10 years of youth development under my belt!
So I started sharing our lifestyle and parenting… and joining the social media space, I realize my message was SO much more needed than I even realized!
I love the slow living movement, I love the gentle parenting movement! But where was the space for moms like me?! Moms who weren’t ready to settle down, but still passionate about raising happy healthy babies… mom that weren’t willing to let themselves get sucked into the self-care-mom-guilt complex, but also didn’t wan to mess up there kids?? And that’s what lead me to build my coaching and wellness space!

You love to being a mom and you LOVE your children sooo much!
But you also feel like you are starting to lose yourself… or maybe you aren’t really sure who you are supposed to be now that you are a mom. You want to raise happy healthy babies… but you also want to have fun… maybe you miss the old days, the spontaneously, the adventure, the care-free…
You’re tiered of the mom content that “validates” your experience, but does nothing to help… You are ready for real support that will get you out of the funk while still showing up as the best mom you can be to your kids.
well, mama You are in the right place!
Somewhere after that first year, and in the midst of toddlerhood, I felt that natural pull to just make “mom” my full identity…
I was feeling more confined by nap times, I was still resentful towards my man, and feeling the pressure from society to “settle down”.
But, I knew that even though it might have felt “easier” in the moment, in the long run it would only build even more resentment, more limitations, and ultimately lead to burn out and overwhelm, affecting my own health and that of my children.
So I pushed myself, and through investment, books and experience, i learned how to create more balance between all my roles as a mother without the constant burn-out-mom-guilt complex.
I realized by focusing on our holistic wellness and core needs, we can really harness the balance we crave in our mama era without the overwhelm

This, changed my LIFE in motherhood and allowed me to have so much more fun!
I knew so many other moms, specifically SAHM and WFHM’s, wanted to feel this same sense of “freedom” (from mom guilt) and fun, but felt stuck in the mundane, or held down by the guilt and desire to be a “good” mom….
But I knew I could help them to raise happy, healthy kids without overwhelming all the other parts of them!
And thats exactly what I do in my programs !!

You don't have to "settle down" to be a good mom

Live the life you dream of even in your mama era
You’re a MILF and a BADASS even if you don’t feel it just yet.
Imagine how it would feel to...
- Go on a Date night and not feel guilty
- Regulate your nervous system in a way that actually works with the business and chaos of mom life who likes to have fun (travel, go out, host parties, go to brunches)
- Invest time in hobbies without feeling like you should be doing chores (or more for your kids)
- Have kids that actually help, instead of carrying the burden for everyone
- Have a structure with plenty of room for flexibility so household chores didn’t feel like a chaotic hamster wheel, but enough flexibility you can have room for spontaneity
- Restructure your village so you actually felt supported instead of judged or critiqued
- Reduce the 7pm bedtime battles and tackle bed time with total confidence your kids were still getting exactly the sleep they needed to thrive
- Go out to brunch with the girls, and actually fill your cup, even if your littles came along…
- Stop feeling pressured to “settle down” and actually THRIVE as a mom, caregiver and nurterer in the lifestyle you genuinely love and get excited about
